Originally built in 1961 and expanded over the decades, the former Bremer Bank building has been transformed into Granite Innovations, a space that embodies world-class wellbeing and reflects Granite Partners’ core values of trust, innovation, and excellence. The project focuses on flexibility, modern technology, biophilic design, and sustainable renovation, delivering a thoughtful and future-ready environment. HMA Architects collaborated closely with Granite Partners to create a design that includes comfortable soft seating, a state-of-the-art training facility, a digital studio, flexible workspaces, biophilic finishes and furnishings, and wellness-focused amenities such as a yoga room, respite rooms, a mothers’ room, and a gym. Today, Granite Innovations stands as a vibrant hub where businesses grow, partnerships thrive, and the community connects.
